Edward
fairly clean property not far from shops and train stations, and the underground. magnificent setting in an upscale neighborhood on a well lit street. courteous staff, in getting away to brush his teeth he did say he would tell the manager. early check in.

We loved the stay, it was enjoyable! We could go to The King's Head just 200 metres away. Staff was amicable and exceptional despite our late arrival. The neighbourhood was very nice.

The place was fairly clean overall, with an iron and a fan. The bed was comfortable here. I loved the location of the apartment, central. I dined out, since it was a walking distance from Orjowan.

It has bright and warm rooms and unbeatable location just next door to a direct tube line to Westminster and the main attractions. The beds are comfortable, I loved them. Employees are polite, in getting away to brush his teeth he did say he would tell the manager.

The apartments are in a good location fairly central in London. The room was good and clean, ideal for a weekend trip to the city.
We had trouble finding the place as the house number is not given on the website: it's number 4! When we arrived the staff did not really know about our arrival and that the booking corresponded to the hotel.

The location was excellent, very close to the tube, supermarket, pubs etc. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I thought it was pretty good value overall.
I would have liked a few cleaning things provided - a cloth for the kitchen and some washing liquid for the dishes. We did not get our bathmat replaced after the first day - the cleaning that was done daily was not overly thorough. The pull out bed was not terribly comfortable but was good as a couch for sitting.

Position & decor
It was concerning that there was no easy entry into the appartments. We had to use our phones (had to use our limited credit) to contact someone to let us in upon arrival as no one responded to the code we pressed in. The bathroom would be uncomfortable for larger than average people. The sofa bed needed the extra doona we found to place under the sheet to make the bed more comfortable as the depression in the middle was able to be felt without it.

The fact that there is a small kitchenette helps save money on having breakfast at a restaurant or cafe. It is also very clean, every day our towels were exchanged and the room cleaned. It has a really good location, 5 minutes from the Earls Court tube station. The staff was very helpful.
It is a bit noisy because our room was facing the street and the windows were not very helpful (but all buildings in the area have those kind of windows so another hotel would not have been a solution). Some of the furniture needs to be checked as some drawers were not working properly.

The location and hospitality of the staff that we met were the best things. Our room was a good size, clean and quite. And we got what we asked for during our stay from the staff which were very kind, polite, and helpful.
The main problem is minimal facilities. As you enter the hotel, it's not a pleasant image at all since there are rooms starting from the entrance , no reception desk, except a room at the end of the corridor where you can check in. The elevator can only accommodate 1-2 people. If you you are not looking for a fancy place, you can enjoy your stay, with a good value of money, especially the location is amazing.

Staff were helpful. Reasonable price. Location was convenient. They kept my luggage.
The receptionist was not always there. My room was on the underground, with no windows.

There is no door to the window and so it was open. So the room was hot and cold in the night. There is no fan. The toilet flush keeps running making a big noise. The WiFi access was poor. On top of it the manager lies. He said he has ordered for fans that is on the way but it never came. Untrustworthy business people.
